Last updated: [DATE — update before launch]
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. When you journal, we store your entries, their word counts, and the dates you wrote them. When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details — we never see or store your card number.
Your data is used solely to provide MyWordWall: showing you your own entries, flashbacks, streak calendar, and word cloud, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your journal entries to train AI models.
Only you. Entries are protected by database-level row security tied to your account. Our staff does not read your entries except if required by law.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and payments are processed by Stripe. Both are industry-standard providers with their own security and compliance programs.
You can export all of your entries or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
